Create and wear original art!

Participants with and without disability are invited to create original costumes and learn creative makeup techniques to design and create characters.

Workshops are suitable for those 18yrs + with and without disability.  All levels of ability and experience are welcome!

Wearable Art has limited numbers for this workshop - by filling in your enrolment form you will secure your place in the workshop. Should numbers exceed the class size, there will be also a waitlist.

Please note: we will have to take people on a 'first come first served basis', whilst we will endeavour to include everyone we do also need to manage our class sizes.

Please ensure you send your enrolment form in as soon as possible to secure your place.

2024 Dates

Term 1:  Monday 29 January - Monday 18 March (8 weeks)

Term 2:  Monday 22 April - Monday 17 June (8 weeks)

Term 3:  Monday 15 July - Monday 2 September (8 weeks)

Term 4:  Monday 14 October - Monday 2 December (8 weeks)

Time: 10:30am - 12:00pm

Where: Crossroad Arts, 55 Wood St, Mackay

Access: Venue is wheelchair accessible. Should you have any access requirements please let us know when enrolling.

Term Cost: $120 per 8 week workshop series each term. Should cost be a barrier to participation please contact us. See NDIS info below.

If you are interested and new to our workshops, come and try the first workshop obligation free.

To ensure that we can budget and cover workshop costs accordingly we require notice of all potential absences before the term commences. Crossroad Arts workshop program is charged at a term rate and in advance.
